Essentially, this beautiful, archaic eutopia is like the merge of Atlantis and Egypt.  The civilization are a sophisticated people, and are highly developed in art and magic.  They have many Gods and Goddesses that are exactly like the Gods of Egypt and of Atlantis.  There is also Cassiopeia, the daughter of Thoth and Andromeda; as well as a shapeshifting god, Oblete, a dual gendered offspring of Anubis and Bastet.

In its eternal twilight, the city is only visible at twilight, hidden within a mirage.  Where the city is located, it has an opposite effect of the bermuda triangle.  It is protected from outside forces, and its essence gives locals and visitors intense feelings of harmony, unity and euphoria.

Though it is a Holy city, it has a very dark undertone, as mentioned above, there it is always twilight. However; it has a very sacred effect, every full moon it is incredibly luminous, the moon synchronizes with the the natives magic, and it appears as a very lusterous.  Symbols on the natives skin glow aqua blue patterned all over their bodies.

There are pyramids, and heiroglyphs patterned on pretty much every inch of the city.  The symbols glow giving it a very vibrant and lively feel.  It has a very warm climate and many creatures can be ridden on to fly anywhere, and most people there have pets.  The elite have banshees, they fly.

There is also a portal there to Jupiters moon Europa, which is guarded by guards and protected by their Gods and Goddesses.  It is their ultimate technological acheivement.  Their technology seems highly archaic yet advanced.  

The colors of the city are aqua and gold.

There are many unique features including a koi pond at the center of the city mirroring the portal, which is located above the pond.  Here a black koi with gold patterns and a white koi with aqua patterns are considdered deities, and are considered to be the sun and the moon themselves.  They are kept alive by their Gods and Goddesses, and have been there for centuries.

The people live to be very old typically, like elves, only dying when they are killed, rarely by natural causes.
