Upon realizing that the rat had stopped chasing Miju, the Minccino found herself pausing and sitting down on one of the branches, letting out a sigh that held hints of relief, frustration, and exhaustion. Honestly, at this point, she wished she'd never followed that dumb girl into this building to begin with. Now it seemed as though they were both stuck, and if the fact that trying to keep her food away from those who wanted to take it was trouble enough, this house just didn't want to let them leave.
Before she could even think to attempt at eating a sixth item of food, Miju felt a familiarly annoying sensation wiggle its way onto her sides, and the Minccino found it hard not to shake a bit. The chinchilla slammed her paws over her mouth as she clamped her eyes shut, trying her best not to spit out all of her goodies. She'd been tickled before. She was a Minccino after all, and grew up among her same kind who would constantly use Tickle attack on her. It just so happened that Miju herself had yet to learn the move.
Finally, when the Minccino found it hard to breath, she sensibly spat her food into her long tail and leaped over to another branch. The Minccino had the same strategy that the girl had and made her way right up to the roof. The rodent thought about trying to climb up the walls, but had a funny feeling that they were booby trapped too. Well, the creaking in the yard was a tell-tale sign. Even though it wasn't directly aimed at Miju didn't mean she didn't hear it. She had large ears for a reason.
Miju timidly stepped away from the edge of the roof and tried to have a better look around on it. The Minccino began sniffing around for the exit.
