Kenessa The light shone down rather peculiarly in this particular area. When it came to Eokia, variable physics wasn't strange. A planeswalker knew physics, however - better than most things in the universe. It was their job to; in their blood.
She knew she was in the right place.
The statues lining the perimeter of the land didn't hurt as indicators, either.
Whatever strange energies permeated this land naturally were very much felt, but had no effect. Her power ensured that nothing naturally occurring would be expelling her anytime soon.
"Lots of sunlight. Show-offy sun gods, I swear," she muttered to herself.
She hadn't brought her jacket with her, opting only for a tank top, some fatigue pants, and boots. As she had expected, the place was humid as all balls and hot as summer day. In a volcano. Even in her Walker state, weather was still weather.
Of course, the Rift Sword was at her side, as well a few more vials of the 'liquid virtue'. Might as well pay tribute while she was there.
So, she decided to head for the rather large structures that existed in the area. "Hey Goddess, I'm here. Meet me halfway, yea?" She called out to Kishar as she continued walking forward.

With a stretch, I finished going over what I had been working on at the moment, confident that I had made headway. Specifically, it was one of the many designs that I had come up with for a possible substitute for the Loom of Fate that would make it much easier for Shinzo to do his job, and allow for automation of it by substitute Pattern Spiders. I had come to the conclusion that I would likely need to build a new manse for it and give it what it would need to make the pattern spiders when I came up with the design in order for it to work properly, and build the Artifact into it. Notably, that would not just come up as a result of the manse coming into being, after all, it was an artifact above what that sorcery could instantly achieve. Even Solar Circle Sorcery had it's limits when it came to this. That did not mean I had such limits, it just meant it took significantly more time than what I was used to in order to do such things. That didn't bother me though, I had made such artifacts in the past, indeed one of of them had been how I got here in the first place. I actually liked the challenge that they posed, it was to me what other works were to younger Twilight Castes barely scratching the fifth degree of Artifice felt like, at least thats what it probably was. It had been so long since then that I didn't quite remember exactly how that felt.
A hum in the back of my head indicated that someone had entered my Sanctuary, and considering that I didn't feel any alarms go off I figured it was the visitor that I had configured them to let by them. With a quick peak through the statue nearest there I confirmed that this was indeed the case, and decided to greet her myself. With a thought I disappeared from my study and reappeared behind the guest in question just in time for her to refer to me in a rather puzzling manner to say the very least. A goddess? Me? No, not at all, and why was she referring to me like that when I had asked her to refer to me by name? Oh well, nothing that couldn't be fixed with a bit of a correction. "Already here, Nessie. Though I do remember asking you to call me Kishar. Goddess is quite the inaccurate title anyway, I am a Solar Exalt, not a god," I said, sighing as I shook my head at that before adding, "Oh, you probably don't know what that is, huh. In short, I used to be a regular mortal before I had a spiritual superweapon shoved into me and made me able to reach powers that rival the Gods that gave me that power."
I tilted my head as I looked at her and noticed that the heat was a bit more than normal, clued into it by the fact that she seemed to be showing physiological signs of temperature discomfort. "Hmmm, seems that the weather here is being affected by the Geomancy of the South as well as the heat from the Factory-Cathedral. No matter, not something I cannot fix relatively quickly," I said with a shrug and a snap of my fingers on the hand upon which I wore my Hand of the Maker. Metaphysical possibility swirled around it and reality cracked and reformed around the area, dropping the humidity and temperature noticeably until it was the comfortable, mild temperatures that we had in Meru. Perfect for human comfort without any issue whatsoever. "That should fix it for now at least. I will have to look into installing a Sky Mantis Tower at each of the poles to keep that from happening though. Quite a bit of an annoyance, really," I said with a sigh and a shake of my head. "In any case, I'm glad that you are here and decided to take me up on my offer. If you'd rather avoid the travel I can take us rather quickly to my central chambers with a bit of Sorcery. Or we can just enjoy the walk if you prefer the scenery," I said, giving her a couple options. I didn't feel like pressuring her too much just yet, she was an interesting mortal and a valuable test subject after all.

Kenessa Didn't need fanfare for the lady of the hour, and fanfare I was spared. Of course, it was almost as jarring for her to just up and apport to my side. These solar go- ah, she wasn't a god.
And the explanation was, while interesting, only something that would help me better address her in the future. Honestly, the 'Goddess' comment was simply a force of habit; most big-leaguers had an ego to match their power, and wanted you to eat at their toes with your nose intimate with their immaculate floors.
Kishar didn't seem like that. Yet. Can't be too careful with these lot. "Yeah. Gotcha, Kishar," she responded. The sun was lifted from my face, and I expressed silent gratitude. That favor would be enough to make a believer out of me, considering the BS heat. Then, that was done away with, too. If she kept playing like that, she'd be getting a new follower pretty soon.
Well, no, that wouldn't happen, but she'd be in my thoughts. That was usually enough for the bigger things stalking the fabrics of the cosmos.
I simply motioned my head forward, signalling that I wanted to walk. Taking my first officially invited steps into this magic settlement was electrifying - I could sense subtle energies as clearly as sweat on skin. Wherever the hell this lady came from, it's power was legit.
Still, a lot of the things here struck me as odd. "Not too often I see something like you with this much tech. Less planar magic boss and more interloper from Giselle-6." Planeswalking human True Neutral | 31 | Female Kishar

I nodded as she acknowledged the fact that I wished to be called simply by my name and let it stand at that. There was no real need to say anything else about that matter, so long as she was aware of that. I normally didn't walk at the pace she did, but I supposed it would be a nice enough stroll from here to there. Not much in the way of a warmup, it was only five miles after all. It would take far more than that to work up a sweat for me, even if I was running. Such things were the province of ordinary mortals, not the Chosen of the Most High after all. We were beings that were above such petty limitations that normal mortals labored under, and myself even more so than a number of my colleagues as I had put some time and effort into making myself more fit and athletic, as it went well with my own training as a Martial Artist.
Still, what she had said was a bit confusing to me, not only because she seemed to put tech and magic as things that weren't synonymous with each other, but also because of the weird terminology that she was using in regards to how she was referring to what I assumed were examples of that? "I'm not too sure what you mean about the examples you gave, but at least where I am from what you refer to as magic and technology are really one in the same, at least as far as my tradition is concerned," I said shrugging a bit at that before continuing, "All power comes from the manipulation of Essence, the very fundamentals of Reality, by a variety of methods and those manipulations can be analyzed and represented with science and mathematics. Technology, what we refer to as Magitech as it translates into the local tongue, is simply using the knowledge of those patterns and the properties of a variety of materials and procedures to replicate them by feeding raw Essence into a device. I believe the people in Sanctuary use lightning as a similar power source for their technology, though I only really got a brief glimpse into how it worked." I really needed to look into that more, it was something that I could really use to help advance my research into the countermagical metal that they had used.
Still that brought up a bit of a question that I had for her, one that felt like it was a bit relevant at least. "I do wonder though, what is that blade of yours that you have? I figured I would ask instead of just using magic to analyze it since it probably would be quicker. After all, it definitely is from a different realm of existence than where I am from, which would probably mean that I would need to figure out it's principles if I wanted the whole picture on it." I was rather curious about it, and while I was sure that I could get a good idea of what it did, I was just as curious as to how it did what it did and she might know that.

Kenessa What was my this blade, huh? "Trouble," the answer was quick. "Irrevocable, irreplaceable trouble. The arms of some Elder God that I grifted."
Truth be told, it was the most powerful thing I had ever stolen, and probably accounted for more than a large portion of my miraculous survivals. Five years in counting, and I was running amok with a sword like this.
And, it was only fair to tell Kishar what it did. "The short answer its a god-killer. Plane agnostic, eternity defying immortal slaying." Even I could hear the exasperation in my voice. The sword was also the source of most of the problems I had - equal parts savior and harbinger.
"And I haven't met a major leaguer who was thrilled about something like that being in the hands of some bitch from Earth."
Kenessa was only partially aware that the sword held many more powers than that, but for the life of her she couldn't figure them out. Planeswalking human True Neutral | 31 | Female Kishar

A mortal stealing from what I took to be some sort of rather powerful god? How brave of her to say the least, it was obvious that she had quite the confidence in herself to say the least. She also very likely had already satisfied at least one of the five trials in order to become a sorcerer, the trial of journey. By coming to me, she had begun to satisfy another one of the trials, the trial of tutelage. This was good, that meant that only the trials of Fear, Humility, and Sacrifice remained. The first two might be complete, but the last was definitely not so. After all, it had to come at the end of the other trials, no other sacrifices in her life counted. "Quite brave of you to have stolen from such a being, I commend the force of will that sort of act shows that you have," I said, giving her a genuine smile as I said so. I really did respect that sort of drive that she had, if she had been from Creation then I had no doubt that she would have been Chosen to take the Second Breath and likely would have become a Night Caste for what I could only image her deeds were. I made a note to offer to let her come back with us in the back of my mind, and also to recommend her for Exaltation should she choose to come with.
I let out a bit of a hum as she described what it did, obviously not too bothered by the sword's presence. There were a number of reasons for that, namely because I could not only do a similar thing if it was just a simple trick of making sure they couldn't reform if they were damaged to the point of dissolution, but not only that I was no immortal or god, so such an artifact really didn't bother me. After all, while I surpassed some of the beings that might be scared to death of such a being, I did so while still being fundamentally mortal and having been originally human, even if such a status could be disputed as still applying to an Exalt of my age and power. "Hmmm, well I would have figured a weapon that radiated that sort of power would have a more impressive ability. That's fairly tame as far as powers go, unless it does more than just make sure they can actually die?" I asked, trying to see if I was understanding it's power right. If it also increased damage against that sort of being, especially if it did so greatly, that could more explain it's power along with the inefficiency that might be behind it all. I only had some basic impressions about it since I hadn't bothered to use my anima power or anything like that, but if I wanted to I could probably look into it more. Right now though, I had enough on my plate and an experiment to run with the owner of said sword. It was best to not poke too deeply into things that might be private just to ensure that she remained cooperative. After all, it was far easier that way. That, and I did have a moticum of respect for her, she seemed to be quite exceptional for a seemingly mostly normal mortal.

Kenessa During the silence following our talk, I started to get more interested in the technology around us. Magic and technology being one and the same - it wasn't a novel concept.
"We've got magitech," I informed Kishar. And that they did; Eokia wasn't necessarily the place for it, but she'd seen enough technology imbued with reality defying effects. "Just nothing as complex as this."
Still, I wasn't completely floored, only because - well, it was all effectively glossolalia to me. There weren't any equations or models for something like this just lying around. People who made their blueprints tended to be pretty tight-lipped.
"What I wouldn't give to study it." Well, that told me exactly what I wanted to do. Planeswalking human True Neutral | 31 | Female Kishar

Hmmm, that was an interesting development. I would have to get a few samples of this primitive magitech to see exactly how it functioned, and perhaps how to improve it or work some of the functions into better designed versions of it. That would be an interesting project to work on to say the very least, but again it would have to be something that would have to wait for later, that much was for sure. I had enough on my plate as it is, though I figured I could ask this woman about it and see if I could get some samples from her. "You have not even seen the half of it, really. The gauntlet on my hand is simply a tool that I use to harness some of my other magic, it is actually something that you would be capable of making, if not using, if I were to teach you how to make Magitech. There are plenty of other wonders, especially once we have headed inside my Manse, that are far more impressive than this. The power source of this artifact is actually more impressive than the gauntlet itself, really," I said, gesturing with my gauntlet and letting her see the inset vortex of wyld energy that I had inside of it. "I won't bore you with the details as they are rather complex and on the cutting edge of Wyld Technology, but it essentially let me create a miniature wyld continuum, what you might call a universe, and turn it into an energy source. I use seven of them at the moment, two in my personal artifacts and five to add to my own magical reserves and regeneration," I said rather nonchalantly as we walked along.
"If you wish to study it, I would not be adverse to teaching you. Learning sorcery would require you to learn one of the prerequisites to learn how to create these things anyway, and it would be rather easy to teach you how to attune to such things as well," I said, shrugging as I moved along, "I would however be obligated to ask a price for such things however, after all, a deal must be reciprocal so that all parties involved can benefit. Perhaps some samples of magitech from this world would be a good payment, though information and other rare materials like that liquid virtue you sent me before would be good as well." I didn't mind teaching her, but certain things needed to be observed. Payment was just a natural thing, it was what helped hold the world together where I was from after all. Otherwise such a thing would have been dismissed a long time ago in the face of the fact that Elder Exalts would likely have bottomed out the economy by destroying scarcity long ago.
As we walked along, we made our way up to the main building where several servants were waiting to greet me. They appeared mostly human, but with Golden avian wings much like my own, pointed ears, and were dressed in the outfits of serving girls. I nodded to them and said, "Please, prepare the guest suite in case my guest here wishes to make an extended stay. Also, inform Enki-II to have refreshments ready to go in my workshop here." They nodded and headed inside before me and I followed them along, heading inside the parlor and looking around to see if Shinzo was around so that I could introduce him to our new guest and my possible apprentice. After all, he would likely be doing her martial arts training if she so chose to do something like that.

This whole sequence of events was rather strange, but also somewhat endearing. Seeing Kishar honestly talk to a mortal like she wasn't something on the level of livestock or a child was gratifying considering the circumstances of our earlier argument. I, of course, was actually getting work done. I hadn't actually been far away from Kishar prior to the arrival of this enigmatic human that she had apparently met earlier, but really, socialization was nice, and after the unfortunately disastrous occurrence that had happened last time I engaged in anything warmer than a philosophical debate and the frankly overpowering desire I had to go back to it, it was probably better for someone else to set the tempo in the meanwhile. I came and went often between my own Manse and this one, corroborating her design work with my experiments as to whether her designs would actually hold up in the management of Fate. It was an unfortunately codependent effort: She needed to use her magitech to create an appropriate design that could adequately serve as a base for the new Loom, while I had to weave fate through the patterns suggested in order to test whether they could be effectively spun in such a manner. Because I didn't want to distract her, I made full use of Lion Mouse Strategem, and general stealth in order to avoid making myself known...but with them moving, I supposed I could take a break from poring over her design choices and running back to the Observatory.
Making use of my own ability to move myself around instantaneously, I appear behind both of them, and in an instant, wrap my arms around both of their necks, holding them both in one-armed hugs. "Well well well. What do we have here?" I smile wide. "It's amazing what can happen when you don't shut yourself up in your room all the time, Kishar~" Addressing the new arrival. I smile, and make a show of waving. "Heya! Name's Shinzo! Hope Kishar hasn't been too much of a stick in the mud for you, she certainly is for me a lot of the time!" I was obviously joking, but the best jokes had a ring of truth to it. "I'm sure you've got some business here, otherwise I'd be fully liable to talk your ears off about what's going on from, well, wherever it is you're from. Which isn't a good idea, since I'm sure Kishar already talked your ears off about all the magitech she does, all while making sure to 'spare you the details' of course."

Kenessa It was a good thing I was used to the grander things, albeit not usually this hospitable, or I would've been completely overwhelmed by everything going on.
Seeing all of these beings? Nothing big. I'd had my run-in with a fair share of powerful servants; devils, demigods, avenging angels - they all sorta blended together into a group of 'fanatical baby versions of their boss' for me. Tangoing with them was usually a bad idea, seeing how a lot of their superiors could unmake systems of planets by just slightly shifting in their giant thrones.
Still, when this Shinzo character decided to make his entrance, I tried my best to not look very surprised. I'd sensed something powerful skitting around the area, but I assumed it was just some wandering spirit looking over our conversation. The fact that it was a male, uh... Exalt, she guessed... and said male's very personable manner caught me slightly off guard.
Well, he was a chatty one, too. Not necessarily to Kishar's level, but certainly up there.
Still, he was kind enough to offer "Nessie," I said to him. "Charmed. Guess you're one of the Exalted. Thanks for having me."
Kishar's offer to stay was tempting. Honestly, I had a feeling that whatever I'd wanted to do would take far too long for one day. So, I simply decided to play it by ear. I'd go and get some clothing from home if I needed to - didn't want to stink up the place.
But, now came my issue - what the hell was I going to start on first? Too much information to grasp in such a short amount of time.
So, I asked my first question. "Got a place where time won't bother me? I'm pressed." Planeswalking human True Neutral | 31 | Female Kishar shinzo

I had to suppress the urge to jump and send him flying across the room with an elbow and a generous application of Solar Hero Style when he appeared out of nowhere and brought myself and Nessie into a one armed hug on both of us, with him in the middle. His snarky comment led me to respond back with a bit of an attempted bite of my own, "I will have you know that I was in my room measuring prayer flow and speed with a modified Vestment of Holy Vigilance when I came across a prayer from her, so I shall point out that this was something that I found out when I was in my room. I simply went out to greet her when she came by." I was a bit miffed at how he was treating this like some sort of social gathering rather than an experiment and business transaction. She wanted training from me and had payment, and I had training to give and an interest in seeing how far mortals in this world could go before they underwent an Essence Destabilization Event, more commonly known as a bloody explosion triggered by no longer being able to keep their spirit in one piece.
In regards to what she had said I decided to make a slight correction, "Yes, he is one of the Celestial Exalted, a Sidereal Exalt of the Maiden of Serenity. There are quite a few different types of Celestial Exalt, like I am a Twilight Caste Solar. They generally show what we are naturally good at, but personal proclivities are important as well." I nodded a bit to myself as I said that, not sure what else I could say in order to clear things up a bit more but nothing really came to mind. If it wasn't clear, Shinzo would probably realize that and try to make it more clear for the woman, which was rather useful since he was far better at translating my knowledge into layspeak than I was without the aid of charms by far. Even then, it just made it so that the knowledge seeped into their brain regardless of the fact that I had a habit of using overly technical language. Turning my attention to Shinzo I replied to what he was saying, "Indeed, shes here to learn a thing or two from me in exchange for some exotic materials. She found herself in a situation where sorcery, martial arts, and a bit of magitech might be something that she could use to protect yourself. You're much better at martial arts than I am, so would you mind acting as her Sifu? She uses that sword as her primary weapon so perhaps something like Even Blade might be the best fit."
Turning my attention back to Nessie I thought for a second before speaking to Enki-II, "Enki, please reconfigure the Wyld Revocation room for temporal dilation. Setting would be one year for every day outside." The artificial intelligence responded in it's rather human-like voice that I had given it, with a male tone, and said, "Very well then Mistress Kishar, estimated time for refit is 25 hours, one Creation day." I nodded at that and turned to Nessie, "In that time I can use a bit of Sorcery to help ingrain the basics of it in your mind if you would not mind having it downloaded directly into your mind and soul. Some people are uncomfortable with this, so if you would prefer to learn it all the normal way in the chamber I can understand that as well. In that case, we can just awaken your Essence and talk while we wait, the ritual to do it only takes me twelve of the twenty five hours we have after all. I get the feeling that Shinzo would be quite interested in learning more about you and where you are from."

Kishar didn't seem perfectly pleased...but on the other hand, she also didn't break the hug. I decide that I'll take what I can get. After all, as the old adage says, 'happiness is to hold flowers in both hands.' Not, of course, that Kishar likely saw things anywhere close to that way, but it was an idle amusement that brought a smile to my face. Miss Kenessa didn't either, but I wasn't as expecting of it getting broken on her part. Mortals did tend to be more willing to go with the flow on these sorts of things, after all. "Likewise, Nessie. I hope I'll be seeing a lot more of you~" I toss her a wink.
Laughing back as Kishar tries to get a dig, I smile over at her. "Is that so? Well, I can hardly complain no matter how you end up getting to talk to other people." I wasn't sure why it embarrassed her enough to try to toss something back, but hopefully it was friendly. It didn't quite seem to be that way for reasons I couldn't really grasp, but however it was, I'd just have to be the pleasant atmosphere in the room and hope it eventually proves infectious. Still, I was slowly starting to lose hope on that front considering Kishar seemed to enjoy sucking all happiness and life out of things and reducing them to mere mechanisms. Speaking of sucking the joy out of things, the way she went about describing how we formed into castes was certain to do more to confuse than to help. "You are correct in saying that Nessie. There's a lot more specifics, but they don't really matter overmuch. If you're curious, I can go into more of the differences, but the easy way to explain what she said, is that every Exalt is made to fill a different role, and within that role, there are different specializations." I didn't want to blather on, but it was hard to get all the information that'd entail out quickly and cleanly.
At Kishar's request, I smile. "Of course. Whatever my favorite woman in this world we're in asks for~" Turning flippantly over to Kenessa, I tilt my head. "What's pressing you for time? We will likely end up with all we could ever need thanks to Kishar's technology, but if it's something that could be taken care of, I don't see why we couldn't lend a hand if it isn't anything too serious."

Kenessa I was starting to get the idea that visitors were pretty few and far between here. These guys, as hospitable as they were, seemed to be treating this more like a hotel stay rather than a transaction.
Maybe that was their way of buttering me up. Wouldn't be the first time somebody's tried to seduce me with shiny toys and the promise of Ultimate Power, as it were. It was that primeval weakness of mine that I almost found myself completely interested.
Still, Kishar was talking about mastering fighting styles and learning everything from everywhere here. "Not that I'm not grateful, but let's start with the studies first," was my response to the itinerary Kishar had laid out. Sun people culture was something to get used to. The room was a good start, if a little, um... much. I doubted I'd need that much time, but I guess anything to be ready, huh?
Shinzo's inquiry stopped my train of thought for a second. Ask them for help. Against an Elder God's angry kid? Did these people even know what that meant? Some reality-eating monster's pissed off progeny wasn't really something I'd want others to deal with.
They were powerful, but I had my doubts. So, I decided that it'd be easier to confirm without hearing all their bluster.
The cool thing about Planeswalking was that it made you in tune with the place you were standing. At this point, I was subsisting pretty well in this palace; I was as if I was a mortal existing naturally here. That made it very easy for me to scour energy.
And that's what I did. I turned my eye sidelong on Kishar and Shinzo, deciding to see what I found.
What I found... hah. The better question was, what didn't I find. My breath hitched slightly at the sheer magnitude of the discovery.
Fire. Light. Energies primordial beyond words I couldn't have ever hoped to find. The forces I felt course through my brain, filling my entire being in a moment so instantaneous it could have always have been present without my knowing... it was the power of these two beings.
Their presence. Their. Fucking. Presence. Here I was, at their Seat of Power in this place, and feeling everything that came with that discovery.
And they were going to help me? These things were going to play nice and do business with some small time pirate bitch?
Fuck me, that'd knock the goddamn wind out of anybody's sails.
I didn't want that to show on my face, but I'm sure that my sudden, wide-eyed expression would be caught.
That was fixed quickly, myself retreating into my head for a second to say my little mantra. My expression was calm again, but I tried to keep my head clear with the words of my mother.
'Fear no God, for you are a non-believer.'
It didn't even occur to me that I hadn't answered Shinzo. Planeswalking human True Neutral | 31 | Female Kishar shinzo

I kept silent but I couldn't help but roll my eyes at the fact that it was obvious that Shinzo was hitting on the poor girl, and was completely enjoying the fact that he had arms around both of us. I hadn't bothered breaking the hold as it didn't bother me too much, if something irksome happened I could always just disappear from the space I was in and reappear not too far away. It certainly had nothing to do with the fact that I had come to enjoy his presence and it having reawakened some sort of desire for intimacy and closeness with other people, it simply was just not bothering to spend the energy to break the contact. That was for sure, even if I did, I wouldn't have stood it. I had much better things to do than to have fun and enjoy myself when I had a goal to reach, especially since it was in sight now that I had reached this place and started to plumb it's secrets. I sighed and shook my head at what he said about talking to other people and replied, "I still do not understand your obsession with getting out and socializing when there is work to be done, though I suppose that just comes as a result in the differences between our kinds I suppose."
Shinzo then tried to simplify what I had said, and while it did seem a bit too oversimplified, I supposed that it would work for now. It wasn't as if she needed to know the dynamics of the Exalted and what we all did well. The only two here were myself and Shinzo as far as I knew, and I was quite sure of that fact. Someone would either need to get access to my machine and bypass the safety protocols or somehow reverse engineer it, and that seemed unlikely given what was happening in Creation if I was wrong about the relative time stasis in our relationship to Creation now that the portal was closed. I sighed and just did not deign to comment on the flattery though I did respond to the gist of it, "Thank you, I figure leaving it to the expert is likely the best idea. I know a Terrestrial style as well, but I don't think it would fit with the type of sword that she seems to have. I have other manuals, but again, I figure you would be better at teaching it than I would." Sidereals were the best Sifus not only for the Sidereal Arts, but all the arts underneath them. They were the indisputable masters of the art, no matter what the Dawns might say after all. As for his offer, I left my consent ambiguous, rather waiting to see what exactly her trouble was before saying anything about it.
Soon after his offer was made, I could tell that some magic was happening through the attunement I had with the territory, and with a quick activation of All Encompassing Sorcerer's Sight I could get a vague idea of what she was doing. She seemed to be reading the energy of this land and of us, and it was obvious from the look on her face and the slight hitch of her voice that she had found way more than she had expected. That was not odd now that I thought about it, the energy density of this world was far lower than Creation, and this place was an island of Creation. Not only that, but we were two beings on the level of the Incarnae and the Primordials in regards to the puissance of our Essence. I looked at Shinzo while she was still a bit out of it and said in Old Realm, "I think she might have tried to view our Essence and the Essence of this place. I'm unsure of what to do, would you mind handling it?" She obviously seemed shaken by the experience for some reason, I could tell from the sheer biological markers of stress. I was however far less adept at dealing with the mental consequences of such things than Shinzo, so I figured letting him handle it was the best option.

Kenessa My shock wasn't necessarily short-lived, but I wasn't willing to sit there looking like a fucking idiot.
I looked to Kishar - the fresh memory of that energy crossed my mind again - and spoke to her. "Ready to start doing some math. Let's go, yeah?" Planeswalking human True Neutral | 31 | Female Kishar shinzo
