Vivian had just returned from another trip a few days ago and was not scheduled for another one for quite awhile, she was glad she had this time to catch her breath. The last few months have been filled with trips to this country or that and she was more than relieved to find that she finally had a break. This morning she decided to take a chance and sneak out of the castle for some time for herself. It hadn't been too terribly difficult as she had done something similar many times growing up, only difference being some of her old spots were a bit tight for her these days. The white haired woman decided to go to one of her favorite spots in the kingdom Lake Silver, it wasn't really silver obviously but she suspected they had named it such because of how it looked when it reflected a cloudy sky, it seemed to shine like silver.
Lake Silver was a couple hours outside of Estican City by horse so it was almost perfect, not too close to home but not too far away either. The majority of the lake was surrounded by forest of oak and maple trees with a few evergreens mixed in, a small portion of the lake bordered a meadow. Princess Vivian's favorite spot on the lake was a small fishing dock where she could sit at the edge with her back to forest and could see across to the meadow. She wasn't wearing her crown today, for obvious reasons, and she removed her shoes and rolled up the edge of her plain skirt so that she could dip her feet in the water. She sat there playing with a fish that had come to investigate her toes when she sensed the emotions of someone nearby. They didn't feel hostile so she waited until she could feel them getting closer before saying anything. Whoever it was had stopped just at the edge of the trees. "I know you're there, just so you know." Vivian called out with a hint of laughter in her tone. OOC: light GMing please let me know if you'd like anything changed Ecclesia

The strange kingdom was one place where the Daemon had yet to explore. Thing had begun to slow down again in Sanctuary after the attack by Necropolis, and the member of Eden was left with little to do. Naturally, she could have been doing her job as a member of the anti-Authority movement, but why do that when it was always rather dull and boring? Instead, she was out exploring new and hopefully fabulous and interesting places and things. Perhaps she could claim that she was gathering intelligence and looking out for useful things... or maybe she could simply ignore any demands of people questioning where she was. The latter personally sounded more fun. Upon leaving the city area, the blonde-haired girl would revert back to her Daemonic form, which resembled a strange mix between a silver fox and a silver chocolate tabby feline. However, her shape was typically large- roughly about five to six feet at the shoulder, with a slender body, and extremely long tail. She was in the wilderness, and no longer cared about her frightening shape. Should one run into her, they likely would either treat her as a threat, attempt to fight her, and end up dying by her claws, or would be smart enough to be scared off and run. So far, nothing really stood out as particularly interesting to the Daemon, who was used to grand events and unique subjects of interest. However, the scenery was at least relaxing, and gave her a good break from the cities and normal routines of Sanctuary. The last thing she expected was to notice the scent and soul of a young human so far away from the city. A female, at that, and close to the water's edge. Resizing to a smaller version of her Daemon form, roughly the size of a large domestic canine, the Daemon briskly and gracefully climbed a tree in order to traverse the canopies. The purple dress and long hair was not hard to spot. Green eyes blinked as she watched the human wade into the waters of Lake Silver; just a typical human- surely they were not worth playing around with or disturbing. She planned to turn around and simply continue on her way, when the human spoke. Was she referring to the Daemon? It was likely so, as she felt no other presences around that the human could possibly speak to. Breathing out a subtle sigh, Ecclesia contemplated the options of either ignoring the human and continuing on, or acknowledging her? This would be the first person the Daemon would formally speak to for the day, and despite her introverted behavior, things were indeed getting boring. Perhaps a conversation could spike something up, that would hopefully be entertaining. "Is that so?" she would reply, aiming to use her telepathy to talk directly into the girl's mind, instead of using her physical voice. The Daemon quickly leaped out of the tree and landed gracefully on all fours. As she began to stride towards the human, she would slowly return to her typical size, tall, and much larger than the human. She enjoyed intimidation tactics, even when meeting people, and presently felt she had no reason to change into her human form just for the sake of speaking with someone. "Well, you found me; so who might you be~?" the Daemon would ask, daring to approach the human closely- only stopping at a few feet away from her and gazing curiously. She had no menace in her voice, nor any ill intentions for the current moment. If anything, she simply wanted to know how the human had so easily discovered her location. She had not been too loud in the treetops, surely, so what was it, if anything but instinct?

The forest around her was very quiet today, except for a few songs that could be heard from the birds nearby and the noises of small animals skittering about the forest floor. The sounds of fish splashing in the water mixed with the sounds from the forest as quiet as they were were enough to block out most sounds from Vivian's ears, not that she was trying to listen intently on anything. She enjoyed being able to sit with her feet in the water not listening to anything and not feeling anything, letting herself lull into an almost numb feeling for the first time in a very long time. At least that was until someone came close enough to her location that she began to feel emotions that were not her own. She couldn't tell if she had somehow made herself feel numb enough that the emotions were kind of foggy or if the person behind had some kind of ability to mute their feelings from her, whatever the answer was she didn't mind the dullness.
After calling out to the stranger she heard them respond, but it sounded like they were much closer that she felt they were. This caused her to pull her feet out of the water and stand on the edge of the dock barefoot to locate the newcomer. Out of the trees came an unfamiliar creature that looked kind of like a canine of sorts but also somehow very different. The strange canine grew very large right in front of her eyes and she watched awestruck, very intrigued by whatever this was. "It seems I did find you. I am called Vivian, and what should I call you?" Vivian answered the creature with curiosity. It still didn't feel very hostile to her but she couldn't be sure, but she was honestly more worried about learning more about this creature than she was about being in danger. She was sure her guards would have their swords drawn by now if they were here.
