Maximillion B. VonMitternacht
An Exalted (exotic race) and Human hybrid, Maximillion is an Exile from an alternate Dimension who has cycled between wanting to amass power to return home and wreak vengeance upon the entities who Exiled him, and wanting to ‘blend in’ and do well in this new Plane. He is incredibly powerful, but aside from using his powers for their flashy ‘showmanship’ and to entertain, he tends to keep them to himself. Just before his Exile, he had been in a No-Holds-Barred ‘Battle Royale’ Coliseum match against other powerful entities, and had accidently killed another combatant in the event; this made him woefully aware that his ‘overestimate your opponent’s might’ approach would not work as a One-Size-Fits-All approach, and he is currently rethinking his approach to the use of his abilities (which are as ‘mundane’ to him as plain ol’ socks are to us), as well as what his overall purpose is, and how he wants to live out the remainder of his indefinite number of years of life.
He has never enjoyed conflict, and is psychologically scarred from the macabre acts he had to carry out as a member of a Noble House whose primary objective was to carry out the bloody work for The Royal Family that nobody else could (or would) sully their hands with; he is protective, to a fault, of humans, and other beings who are not ‘supernaturally gifted’, and sometimes annoys with his tendency to act like it is his job to protect them, and steer them away from evil, especially when nobody really seems to NEED him to take on that role.
Reidh T. Thorljottson
Reidh is a Hanyou prince (from where he's from) who has spent most of his life tailing after Maximillion (see above), who is his half-brother on their mother's side. Significantly younger than Maximillion, the young man is taking the opportunity he now has (exiled, along with many of Maximillion's friends and family) to make a name for himself, out from beneath the shadow cast by his half-brother. His supernatural 'birthright' are his ability to feed upon, manipulate, and (to a limited degree) control Chaos. So far, the breadth of his control over this power seems to only manifest in small, limited forms of Elemental Manipulation.
Xarnesius
An elderly Artificer and Craftsman, Xarnesius wields a power that is a VERY weak variant of Construct Creation that manifests itself in being able to take any kind of material, and tinker with it (with the appropriate tools) to make just about anything he can imagine, out of that substance. An example would be taking potter's clay, and envisioning what he wants to make (even if it's very complex, with complicated textures), and being able to make the texture, then - with the aid of paints - paint complex patterns and shapes upon it that might otherwise requires countless years of practice. He can only make these creations, if he goes through the same motions as someone else might, and he has to use the same tools and reagents as any other (mundane) Craftsman does. The end result: An old man who is a renowned potter, painter, jewelcrafter and more. He can be surly and antisocial, but is a man of general good-will towards others, and may exhibit a softer side to people he bonds with.
Exodus Soulcry
A pureblooded Exalted (older, Pure-Blooded variant of Maximillion's <above> race), Exodus is the founder of the Bloodline Maximillion and his family is from, and was one of the greatly powerful entities called 'Gods' in their home realm, even though lacking omniscience, omnipresence and omnipotence. A master manipulator, Organized Crime is more the route Exodus goes, despite having some pretty profound Death-based Abilities. He is never seen (by any but a trusted few, rarer still that) by the general populace, wielding any kind of supernatural powers or abilities, but is instead seen as a 'Crime Boss' of sorts who likes to choose gloomy, forboding, abandoned Temples and Shrines for his home, as they're places people generally avoid, and serve as good meeting places for his Kinsmen. He gathers information both effectively and quickly, by means unknown, and he was the reason that the likes of Maximillion and Reidh were able to find some of the local villages, towns and cities within a couple of weeks of being there, and had crude maps detailing the location (and distance) of various places of interest to visit.
Zaige Soulcry
Extremely strong when compared to humans (and 'mundane' humanoid races), Zaige is overweight, lazy, and the (physically) weakest of all of the Exalted who came to this Plane/World, but also speculated to be the most intelligent, shrewd and calculating...when he can be pushed out of his comfort zone, and his survival instincts (or general interest/intrigue) ignited. He has a unique and innate Ability that allows him to write down (in charcoal, ink, blood, whatever) a situation, it's circumstances, it's conditions and it's purpose, and to have those effects 'come to life' when activated. The greater the expressed weaknesses, limitations and conditions, the more insanely powerful the 'writ' can become, while a more straightforward, unconditional writ will have mediocre power. An example of this is how he can scribble a note that says 'whomever steps on this will be paralyzed' and it will happen, but only for a second or two; on the other hand, if he specifically writes 'Maximillion VonMitternacht, when stepping upon this piece of paper with a weapon in one hand and one hand empty, will be paralyzed in place (if he lands on it with his left foot), but only after I alert him that I have placed a writ on the ground between us, and have pointed in it's direction', and Maximillion steps upon it, the latter would be rooted to the spot, with exponentially more power (and that much more inescapable) than with the more generally written writ. When using these abilities, Zaige demonstrates his exceptional mental faculties, although it takes him being in danger, or being avidly fascinated by something, for that much of his mind to 'wake up' and become active.
Zaige is looked down upon by his father (Exodus) for having let his physique go, neglecting his physical conditioning, and for having virtually no ambition or drive in life, which seems to make everyone that much more frustrated with Zaige's laziness, as they see him as having 'so much potential'.
