A pale skinny figure sat by decorative out door table. He was dressed in a felted wool sweater of white with blue trim, and sleek dress pants and mens dress shoes of navy blue. His build was on the lanky side. His youthful appearance contrasted by the silvery-white of straight-cropped hair that was cut to just above the shoulder. Though clearly male the features were somewhat feminine. Long delicate fingers held a silver stop-watch on a chain. They pressed down on the button almost casually, as the figure leaned over the side of the chair slightly to look out to the street nearby. He was playing a subtle game, timing how long it would take for pedestrians or vehicle riding folk on their way noticed that the road they traveled on was actually several yards off course. Some signs had been left to that regard, the sense of touch had been left largely unaltered so the texture of the road as it was felt vs seen as not going to correspond properly.

Choushin was in his human guise, hiding his silver and black tipped tails underneath a leather coat which wasn't making him hot, and hiding his kitsune ears underneath a cowboy hat. He was also wearing black jeans and white shoes. While he looked out of place, no one seemed to notice. However, he did somewhat notice when the street he was walking on had changed. When he noticed this, he looked around to see who could be creating this power, not fooled by this illusion for a second. He soon looked at a young man holding a silver stop watch, looking at them for a long time to look them over and the watch.

Aaand stop. It was as though tsuki knew even without needing to look based on how casually he hit the stopwatch. He checked the time. The larger face counted seconds, while a smaller face embedded into a concave hollow in the watch face read minutes. One face had one hand. The other had three, but distances as always made details harder to judge. Knowing he was observed, Tsuki twirled the chain around a finger and the watched vanished from sight.

Choushin casually made his way over to the figure, even moreso now when their watch seemed to vanish. He figured they had powers of some sort, and he wanted to know what exactly it was. He said nothing as he got closer, ready for anything.

Other than the watch's vanishing act, nothing unusual would occur to draw attention to what sort of powers the male might have. The kitsune was quite close by the time the lanky male looked up at him, his almond shaped eyes, quite interesting to look at, almost multi-colored. "I'd offer you a chair, but I guess you'll have to draw your own." he mentioned. it could be observed that there was only one chair at the table and tsuki was already in it.
He offered the kitsune a purple crayon.

Choushin looked at the man, and noticed his eyes. He knew that they were not normal for humans, so he had a feeling he needed to be cautious around this one. When offered the purple crayon, he took it. "Don't think I can draw something with this." He said, playing a game of innocence for now.

Tsuki shrugged. "stand then. I'll give the crayon back to my friend Harold." he explained, completing a reference to a rather distinct but very simple children's book that was out there. It might not be one that Choushin knew of, but that was not something that concerned Tsuki.

Choushin shrugged. "Not unless reality warps again, then I could draw myself a throne or a pillow to sit on." He said, giving a small hint as to what he might know.

Tsuki made a grab to reclaim the crayon. "it doesn't work like that. It works on belief, which sometimes means not waiting for the perfect conditions." he explained, while smiling knowingly. He wasn't planning to create changes in reality on request.

Choushin pulled his hand back and decided to test out his claim of wanting to make something. He took the crayon and tried to draw a regular chair, just to see if it would work.

Even if drawing on no surface, it actually did work. The crayon left purple marks floating in mid air as easily as if they had been drawn on glass. Yet there was obviously no glass, just floating purple marks that now reflected the shape of a chair. It did not look like it could hold actual weight, but it could if believed to be able to do so.

Choushin saw that the chair was actually being drawn with the crayon. Believing that it could actually draw things, he sat down on the chair, believing that it would work like a chair.

It felt like it should be falling a part, but even the outline of the chair held the weight put on it without problem.
Tsuki nodded, satisfied that the Kitsune had proven some willingness to believe things that might seem absurd. That made any future interactions potentially that much more fun.
But Tsuki didn't bother speaking. He was in n hurry after all.

Choushin suddenly glared at the other man. "So, is this all your doing? From the crayon chair to changing the sights? Because if so, it would be a hell of a game for me to play." He said excitedly.

Tsuki tilted his head slightly towards the kitsune, holding one eye closed in a relaxed sort of long wink while the other danced with colors that seemed almost gemstone. In the center of his forehead were a simple set of dark blue marks, like a tattoo. A dot over each eyebrow, darker than that nearly invisible line, and a diamond shape at the center with both the top and the bottom not meeting up, while a dot also rested in the center like an abstraction of an eye. "This fluff and frill? Anyone could learn such simple things." He explained basically admitting that he had a part in the shifts.
