NAME: Kuramoto, Jin.
GENDER: Male.
AGE: 19.
AFFILIATION:
Eden.
RACE / SPECIES:
Human.
ABILITIES:
APPEARANCE:
Jin is an athletic built individual. He has a thing for suits, some may even think that he sleeps in them because he is never seen not wearing one. The suits that he wears are the standard black suit, white shirt, black shoes and black tie. The accessories that he sports are the typical black sun glasses attributed to special agents. Other than that, since he is a swords man and a marksman; he is always carrying around his guns which he keeps hidden underneath his coat. He doesn’t make any effort to hide the sword, he carries it around in his hand or if need be, he ties it to his pants with the help of a string attached to the scabbard of the katana.
Jin has no facial hairs and he sports medium length hairs. His hairs are black in color and are to his shoulders from the back; from the front, his hairs run down to his chin. Behind those sunglasses, his eyes are of red color.
PERSONALITY:
Jin is self motivated and always driven. He is the kind of person who would normally be labeled as “boring” because he’s always focused about his goals and objectives. If he’s on a mission, he’s only concerned about the mission. If he has an objective, that is the only thing he is thinking about. For the duration of the mission or objective, he would only converse about the mission or the objective. If the mission or objective leads to battle, he focuses on fighting. He’s not the type to give a speech before he shoots someone, he’s the type to just pull the trigger and walk away.
Socially, he’s the quiet type. Not one to open up to others or anyone. His first impression may even be that he’s mute because he would only speak when necessary; his normal greeting is a simple bow and a gentle smile. Even among friends, he only speaks when necessary. Only says things that are necessary.
He’s the type that wouldn’t sit idle, he’s always training or devising strategies. As one would expect from a self motivated and driven individual.
HISTORY:
{The Past, Present & Future}
”Be good now son, we will get back by evening” said Hachi Kuramoto, Jin’s father, as he gently patted his son’s head. ”We’ll be late, we better hurry” said the female mage as she ran down the stairs. Jin’s mother, a female magician and his father a human; by the opinion of the sanctuary this was a forbidden relationship. Their existence was a forbidden one and the Sanctuary existed to eliminate such elements. However, somehow, they made their way. To keep a low profile, neither of them did any jobs and they went outside to find means of earning wages and then getting food. As a family, it was a difficult life but they were happy in their own way. Jin was 5 years old at the time but he had learned to care for himself despite his young age.
He understood the protocols that his parents taught him: Never go out, never speak to anyone you don’t know and never tell anyone anything about magic or the family. He stayed inside all day, watching children playing in the streets from the cracks through the door. This day, his parents left early as any other day; however, they never returned.
As evening turned to night, Jin’s stomach began to protest as the time of eating arrived and was now passing by. Being a little boy, he didn’t know what to do or who to talk to. The only people he knew, had disappeared suddenly. That night, Jin slept with an empty stomach.
Early morning, he woke up; exhausted with hunger. Desperate, due to his hunger, he walked out of his house and began asking people for food. No one knew this child, no one heard him or gave him any food. The morning turned to afternoon and Jin spent his time attempting to ask people for food. However, no one would pay any attention to the young five year old. The afternoon turned to evening and still he found no food. Finally, a black smith, who had been watching the boy go about asking for food gestured him to follow. He gave the boy a piece of bread and asked him questions. Jin knew not to answer such questions. He simply replied with a nod or a shake of his head.
Confused with the boy, the black smith told the boy that he had no spare food and if he needed it; he would have to work for it, regardless of his age. So, as a five year old, Jin began to work with a weapons smith. He learned to make swords, to use them. He spent the next seven years with the smith. At the age of twelve, he said his good bye and began searching for his parents. On the road, he picked up his skills as a marksman.
He spent the next seven years searching for his parents. Having little recollection of how they looked. It always brought him to a dead end. However, he knew one thing for sure, the people who were part of the sanctuary: the authorities were not his friends. They may be the very reason why his parents disappeared. After much searching, Jin heard about an organization that worked in the shadows. People who knew about magic and myth and worked to overthrow the authorities in the sanctuary. Knowing that it was the right thing to do, Jin decided that in order to achieve his goals, it was imperative that would join this organization known as Eden.
