Ebony is a Sonlas dragon from the northwestern part of the island. She spent most of her early life as a steed and indentured servant to a local lord, but escaped during a rebellion before it was quelled.

Fukami is a Tenno operative from Sanctuary. She was born into a life of Hatenno mercenary work, with both parents being members of the loose organization. When her mother died, Fukami was given her armor, Exomachina: Amaterasu, a modification to the Exospines that Tenno wear. She's a reckless free spirit that bounces from city to city in Sanctuary.

• Fukami's "day job" is essentially contract mercenary work. She specializes in eliminating supernatural threats in Eden
• She's missing her right arm and left eye due to a bad encounter with a supernatural being of some sort.
• In combat, she wears a suit of powered armor that's resistant to magic. Her sword is also a Cursebreaker, a type of weapon that disrupts magic.
• She's an adrenaline junkie who doesn't like looking before she leaps.

Basically, a flashback thread. I left the exact details of Fukami's injuries ambiguous because I wanted to a thread with another character. If you have anyone in Eden aggressive enough to rip off a character's arm and gouge out their eye (and are comfortable with writing that), let me know.

Raziel is an Empyrean Angel, native to the Third Sphere of Empyrea. She's exceptionally young by the standards of her kind, and has only recently been approved to interfere with physical realms. She's been tasked with eliminating sources of evil in the mortal planes, but has difficulty distinguishing right from wrong.

Sol Invictus is a sapient star from another dimension. Once worshiped as a god, his planet was assaulted by a malevolent being known as Magog and subsumed by the being's corruption. Though he attempted to fight back, he was cursed by one of Magog's thralls and diminished in stature. He now wanders the planes of reality, seeking a way to remove the curse and defeat Magog.

• Sol has difficulty forming interpersonal relationships with other beings because of his nature and longevity
• Though he has a polite manner of speaking, he's not always sure what is and isn't appropriate to say in a conversation
• Despite his appearance, he's actually perfectly safe to touch, though characters may not realize this.

One of the potential plot setups I've had lying around is someone mistaking Sol for some sort of malevolent monster or spirit (a fire elemental perhaps?) and trying to hunt him to defend something that doesn't actually defending in the first place.

Tenma is a monk from the mountains in Sonlas, a part of a long lineage that has defended the island from the forces of Necropolis. He went his separate way from his family long ago, believing that passive purification rituals weren't the right way to deal with demons. For decades, he worked on developing a branch of magic called "positive curses" -- long-lasting or permanent magical effects that benefit the being they're placed on -- and formulating a martial arts style that works in tandem with magic.
