Rinji Tsukikage is Fukami's younger brother. In stark contrast to her, he's a calm man and a gifted fighter, and used to harbor a lot of jealousy over his older sister because of perceived parental favoritism. Exactly what he's been up to in the past eleven years since Fukami left her home is up to whoever plays him.

In combat, he may or may not have inherited his father's armor, Exomachina: Tsukuyomi, which works effectively the same as Fukami's armor (see her bio for more information. What kind of other weapons he uses, if any, are up to the player, but he has no natural superhuman abilities outside of what his Exospine provides him.

His faces -- and the use of a face at all -- are negotiable, but were chosen specifically because they bear a strong resemblance to the characters I'm using for Fukami and fit the samurai theme for her. Any details not mentioned in this post are up to player, but whoever plays him should post a bio before writing him so I can check it over and make sure that it fits the concept and doesn't break any unwritten ideas I had about him and Fukami's family in general. I'm not going to breathe down your neck after you take him, though.
