The sounds of what could be considered to be that of a wooden door opening could only be heard if there was someone on the outskirts of the surrounding area of ToAS. Not everyone would be able to see the gate shaped door opening unless they had decent amount of powers underneath their belt. Besides, it wouldn't be open for long as there was sounds coming from inside of the gate. It almost sounded like footsteps, but a lot softer and a lot different at the same time. There was also the sound of a faint voice that was escaping from the mouth of the opening, and it sounded fairly thick with an accent. But who was talking, and who were they talking to? As the shine that kept others from looking inside of the opening, the brightness died down to reveal that it seemed to be the opening of some kind of cave. A cave that for some reason that looked like it was melting some kind of purple substance as it drained down the walls. No one was really capable of looking at if for a long time as soon a figure obscured anyone's view if they were watching. The form seemed to be occupied to talk to someone to realize that he had come to the end of the tunnel. As soon as the gate had opened, it immediately closed again as the creature neared the entrance of said gate. Once it closed, as startled yell could be heart as a large creature plummeted toward the ground, not having expected the sudden drop. After all, those kind of portals were supposed to appear on the ground and not in the air. The male didn't have enough reaction time to keep himself from flattening onto the earth below. Thanks to all of his accessories and what he was though, he didn't really suffer any serious injuries. The worst it would do to him would bruise his ribcage but nothing further. After all he could be killed in any form that he was in right now. As soon as the creatures body impacted the ground, it seemed to leave a little bit of a crater. Which he had no choice to make if he didn't want to break any bones from dropping such a massive height. As soon as he impacted the ground, a groan could be heart in response to the fall that he had just gone through. Great. Now his day was even more worse than it had originally been a couple minutes ago. It wasn't his fault though, it was on the other end of those that had created the portal for him and didn't put in the right numbers to have the portal appear on the ground like it was supposed to! He was going to give them an earful when he got back to them that was for sure. The creature didn't even open his eyes for several moments as he waited for the dust he had pushed up into the air to float back down onto the ground. Occasionally what sounded like a sneeze being contained echoed through the surrounding area.
Now, this creature wasn't some form of a humanoid. Instead, this creature took the form of an over sized cougar, around the size of a jaguar in size. Which is definitely a lot larger than what most cougars are capable of getting. There was nothing really strange about him coloration wise, as he had usual coloration with a couple hints of orange here and there since he had developed this body through a reincarnation a couple months ago after he had died for the first time. Something he didn't want to do again. The strange factor came in the accessories that he carried around with him. The wildcat carried leather and metal armor across his body. Most of which was covered in scratch marks and seemed to be ruined in some way or form. Which expresses how old the armor is compared to the wearer of the protective attire. Not only did he have armor that was cover his back and side, there seemed to be some metal component that was directly behind his neck. This component hid the scars that were on the side of his neck, that if someone were to remove the metal piece would be able to see old bite marks to his neck, one on either side. Ironically both made by friends that had lost control of themselves during their lives and he had been there at the wrong time. The next piece was the massive blade, that usually was on his back, now laying directly on the side of him. The large blade almost being the entire length of his body, but the blade unable to be seen as its covered in a thick cloth ribbon. This keeps the massive blade from cutting into his back, but also makes it easier to carry around without hurting anyone in the process. The blade being slightly curved almost makes it look like a over sized katana. Despite it's size though, the cougar seems to be able to carry it with ease, which is apparent when he stands up and lifts the blade and makes sure that nothing has damaged it. Of course nothing would, but just getting the blade back made the other extremely paranoid of damage. Finally, the only other strange thing about his appearance would have to be the black markings that are spread across the other part of his body. What seem like large black X's spread across the wrist of his paws, and then another large black X spread across the front of his chest and disappears behind his armor. If someone were to take off his armor, one would see that all the black lines connect with one another. The markings sometimes even come into contact with some of the many scars that spread across his mass. The most obvious scars on his left back leg, which seem to be littered with scars, even to the point that there seems to be muscle damage due to being attacked by an crocodile a while back when he was much younger.
Now that the dust had died down, the large cougar shook his head a couple times before opening his dark brown optics. Great. He was going to be sore for the rest of the day. Yet he had been set here by some information that could be used in their favor for the organization that he ran. Moving himself up into a sitting position, he was just glad that he didn't end up landing on someone. Grabbing the hilt of his sword, he gently tucks in under the metal rope that spreads across his chest, that rope being there to keep the blade in place without him having to really worry about it. Looking around, he doesn't really mind the place all that much as it looks like a large forest in the middle of a desert. What were those called again? Oh yeah, an oasis. He had never really seen one before, except in Bloodclan but they don't live in that area anymore and he doesn't really want anything to do with them either. Flicking the black tip of his tail, he stretches his muscles, by arching his back as he prepares to move forward. He was supposed to make a station here and figuring out what was happening in the area, and this meant he was going to have to find the current residents. If there were any that were capable of speech anyway. Ichigo didn't bother being silent on the factor that his metal and leather armor rattled with each step that he took. Not to mention that the sword on his back also made rattling noises due to his armor as well. A permanent scowl was spread across his faces as his rounded ears swiveled on the top of his head wondering if anything here was going to be a threat. From the sense of it though, there weren't any threats on his level in the area so that was at least good for him. Maybe he could keep a low profile for a while without being asked too many questions. Shape shifting would just be a pain in the ass for him that he didn't want to have to deal with right now. As he continued to make his way forward, he was able to notice that there was a building not too far away from him. Huh. As he got closer, he figured out that it was actually a castle. Ironic that he had once lived in a castle with him and his family before he had ultimately moved them from it and into a large red wood forest instead. The castle, or palace as Ichigo doesn't see a difference in either, doesn't exactly bring good memories to him. Shaking his head, the Shinigami tries not to think of that as he makes his way forward and arrives in an open area before the entrance of the castle. Ichigo doesn't move to go inside of it though, as he doesn't want to get attacked for trespassing. He wasn't sure what to make of the scents that he can smell, but he just decides to see how everything will go. Sitting himself down and rolling his shoulders, Ichigo clears his throat as he might as well try to get some answers. "Oi! Is there anyone in the area?" Ichigo shouts as best as he could without using any of his powers to make his voice heard across the empty expanse. A low sigh escapes his jaws as he just wished that his comrades would have given him some context on what he was supposed to be doing here.
