ALTHOUGH THE ROAD YOU PAVED WON'T ALWAYS LOOK SO GRAND
KOHARA CHAELIN / 小原チャイリン
YOU'LL STILL GO BEYOND ALL THE PAIN JUST SO YOU CAN GET AHEAD
Kohara Chaelin stepped into the eternal night, seeming to devour her as she eyed the kingdom, wooden geta clacking against the stone path. In her human form, she let her hair flow freely, garments drifting through the air as she approached the entrance of Necropolis. "What a welcoming place," her voice would cut through the eerie silence, as she elicited a laugh to none but herself.
She'd heard much about this land; how they were oh-so ruthless and only intended to wreak havoc among the living. Inevitably, she was attracted to this idea of chaos--of course, this was not limited to only the mortals! Oh, no, no. Chaelin could settle down in this lovely little Necropolis, make herself comfortable, make some friends, drink some alcohol, and if she wasn't pleased with something at the end of the day, why not spice up the situation a bit more and add some conflict? Yes, she would love to see Necropolis rule over the physical realm, but she wouldn't be satisfied unless the following scene was Necropolis being destroyed from the inside out. Ah... she could already see the plan being mapped out in her head, the pointing of fingers as they began to accuse one another of betrayal... how thrilling, how exciting.
Though, she had no intention of expressing these ideas right away; not at all! She truly was interested in meeting these people, getting to know them and pitching in with the destruction of other realms, and whatever came after that. It seemed like a fun time, something that would keep her occupied for the next few years or so, but eventually, she'd tire of it, and she'd have to find something else to toy with. She hoped that it had been a good decision to join Necropolis; what a shame it would be if they proved to be dull and monotonous. Entering the territory without care, she mused, wondering if they would jump to conclusions and assume she was an ordinary human. Oh, what an impression to make. Instead of calling out, she decided to wait for their members to come to her. Surely, for how bloodthirsty they sounded in their rumors, they'd be quick to approach.
