Shi'Kharath
Interplanar Hub
Shi’Kharath is, in many ways, the polar opposite of Sanctuary, as it is inhabited by virtually nothing but Supernatural entities, or the descendants of Supernatural entities, and almost all of the population consists of humanoids, whether they are covered in skin, scales, feathers, have elemental physiology, or are made up entirely of astral or arcane essence. It isn’t hard to get to, so long as the person trying to get there (a) harbors no hostile intent or ill will towards Shi’Kharath and/or its citizens, and (b) has someone who is a Supernatural entity as an acquaintance (if they’re not Supernatural themselves) to accompany them there.
Beings of varying levels of power and influence reside here, but the term ‘Supernatural’ refers to entities who are – or are descended from – beings made up of, consisting of, and/or innately empowered by, arcane, astral, mystical (etc) forces, and who generally can access one or more supernatural ‘Gifts’ passively, without the need for incantations, chants, rituals, etc. Both the energy given off by Shi’Kharath, and it’s visual appearance, are concealed from those with ill will towards Shi’Kharath and/or its residents (if it is harbored towards Supernaturals, not if it is just aimed at specific people, and the general populace is exempt from those feelings).

Shi’Kharath emanates a powerful energy signature that can be felt by any Supernatural entity in Eokia, and all one needs to do to travel there, is (a) be aware of the energy the place is giving off, and (b) desire to go there as they are feeling its energy. They will then be instantly ‘warped’ at the Reception Center in the center of town. Everyone who enters Shi’Kharath is ‘registered’ upon initial entry, based upon their appearance, any abilities (dormant or active) they harbor, and anything else they choose to disclose at the Reception Center when they are first received.
There are cities, and there is countryside, but so far, each floating landmass is dedicated to either being the territory of a City, or being a rural area with farms, sprawling countryside, etc.
Area: 975 mi² (Cumulatively, scattered through a number of floating islands and continents
Climate: The cities are artificially (via magic, sorcery, arcane runes, etc) rigged to repel pestilence, and prevent extreme weather (extreme hot, extreme cold, etc). Besides that, the climate changes in the same way it does everywhere else. In the rural areas, there is less protection, so it isn't unusual for rural citizens/visitors to experience extreme (Season/Biome-appropriate) weather.
Population: 6 Million (Approximately)
While these ruling bodies generally have (varyingly) great wealth and influence, they do not - anymore than any other wealthy, influential person - affect the politics of those cities governed by Democratic systems. Many powerful Organizations across Shi'Kharath 'rub elbows' (so to speak), and it isn't uncommon to see some of the same people at large, high-scale Events for the 'well-to-do'.
HIERARCHY
The major cities have established a Democratic political system, whereas the more rural areas and towns often fall under the rule of a nearby Duke/Duchess, Baron/Baroness, Lord/Lady, or even - in rare cases - a King or Queen.
