Tsumaranai. kyo wa metcha tsumaranai. shika thought to her self as she pressed herself against the tile in the courtyard. with her long fur, shika had found herself hot, so she had slicked her spot with ice in order to help keep herself cool. There were the new people, but all of them hat yet to prove themselves to shika as anything but annoying. The one who shika had been slightly intrigued by on sight had opted to ignore her greeting, entirely. As one of the actual veteran tribe member's here. Shika was upset about that. The newbies needed to be put in their places and know who was who around here. But shika being feline like in her motivations had not seen it worth while to loose her cool back there. Shika nibbled at the fur between the toes of one forepaw, considering what she should to about the newcomers. She wanted them to be afraid of and pay attention to her, and to be properly aware of Tsubomi and Kim, yet she had not seen her fellow veterans of the tribe lately, and was running through these thoughts while in a creative stump. She wanted something big, not a prank but not too kind to those who had just come in, and something that could make this very boring day a little more interesting.
Shika sketched a glyph in the ground with her claws from her cleaned paw. It was part of her made up marks. Like kanji one symbol could mean a whole word or idea. Making marks didn't help much, but soon Shika noticed her companion Rao nearby. "what is it Rao?" Shika lazily asked the ferret. Shika preferred to keep to her own thoughts at the moment so even Rao was a bit of an interruption.
The ferret chittered in its wordless way, and shika simply watched, her rounded hears swiveling in order to hear. Being imaginative she could guess what Rao might say but to be honest she had no clue. She rose to her paws anyway, wondering what is it the large white ferret wanted from her. Once shika got up Rao began leading the way somewhere. Shika couldn't guess where but began to follow.
