Amitiel "I'm here, Avenging Angel," said Amitiel.
The Avenger didn't respond -- it merely continued staring with a silent, palpable fury. That made Amitiel continue walking toward the two beings, eventually stopping near Vessa.
"Please. This guardian has done nothing wrong. She opened her home out of the kindness of her heart..." Amitiel was pleading now. "Find it within yourself, in the everlasting mercy of the Maker, to redirect your retribution to me and me alone."
Once again, the opposing angel did not speak. However, unlike most beings who would simply regard it as being obtuse, Amitiel knew that the Avenger was weighing its options.
No one knew the Avengers better than her, after all. She knew that they were beings who smote only when they needed to.
This might have been that time. In preparation for that, Amitiel turned to Vessa. "If this comes to blows, I will be sure to take the fight elsewhere, ma'am."
Her human form's eyes shone with preemptive power. "I will not let taint touch this land." Empyrean Angel Neutral Good | Ageless | Genderless

Non Player Character Avenging Angel The angel's facial expression did not change. One could not even be sure if it could, considering how stone-faced the being was. A marble statue almost. "We cannot accept this," the angel simply responded. "Your home is pure, yes. But, to harbor this Betrayer is to forfeit the very concept of purity. If you are truly pure, you will let that creature face its judgement."The Avenger's eyes flickered to the home. "You have until the count of five to emerge, or the sky will rain down upon you and this innocent," this was directed at Amitiel. There was no response. "One." Still nothing. "Two." Silence. "Three."Then, the door opened. From it stepped Amitiel, eyes locked on to the Avenger's own. There was a brief, pregnant silence before Amitiel spoke.

Dusk Once the ship dropped them into the location, Dusk was quick to scope out the scene. The particular area they were in was outside of the range of any surveillance magic, as far as the reports stated.
Still, they had to be vigilant. Her job was to set up and point out any possible threats for her partner.
Even if that partner was someone she wasn't exactly fond of.
The sniper immediately got down to her knee and withdrew a disc-shaped device. The device unfolded itself, revealing a drone. It was one of her many scouting technologies that she made use of at the beginning of any mission.
The drone hovered over the ground before immediately taking off due north. It would point out any technology - or magical obstructions - that would be problematic during this operation.
It would be careful to not go near any possible hostiles, only opting to take a mid-ranged, four point scan of the general area.
With the prep phase beginning, she finally addressed her partner while she made to ready her gear. "So, how are we doing this?"
She needed to know so as to prep the correct equipment. If this operation was going to be loud from the start, she needed to know ahead of time. Human Neutral Good | 27 | Female

Setting The Stage This mission wasn't handed down from the officials of Sanctuary. Rather, it was a target that the Hanatenno were tracking themselves. A group of mages, known colloquially as the Children of Orion, had been the subject of numerous surveillance operations by the Hanatenno. Their activities had largely been benign, save for the occassional spikes in magical energy use near the borders of Sanctuary. Recently, this wasn't the case. A golem had been unleashed upon the populace of a town near the borders of Sanctuary. The attack left destruction, a pile of corpses in the name of Orion, and a target on their heads. They had graduated from a possible threat to an outright menace overnight. Two Tenno were sent to an area farther outside of Sanctuary, within the wastelands. Cragged, multi-tiered passes and various stone pillars sat in a symmetrical patterns as one advanced through the area. In the middle sat a canyon; the target area of the operation. Within said canyon was the primary objective; a giant stone that towered over the people within. It was of a crescent shape, with debris floating above it. An unnatural glow emanated from it, indicating the magic flowing within. A magestone, as the organization called it. It was a sort of battery for their magic - made their supply of it as infinite as they wanted, so long as they were within its range. However, it needed to be powered by at least two specially-trained individuals. Those two individuals were whom they were after. The apprehension of them would weaken Orion's forces, rendering this specific magestone useless. Thus, the mission was simple: retrieve those two being used to power the magestone at any cost. The Tenno were dropped off from their ships on the edge of the canyon's ridge. They would have to make their way down. Various members of Orion, both guards and scholars, walked through the area. How the two approached this problem would determine the flow of the mission.

Dusk Dusk had feelings similar to Malik about these men. They seemed to be completely dangerous, no matter how you looked at them.
She listened in on the conversation and took note of the very calm, even tone of Sirio's voice. This man was a professional - something you only saw in movies. A dealer, a mob boss.
A murderer.
Her scope was aimed at the man's skull. Pulling the trigger now would end this whole charade - save those two boys in there from their own fatal mistake in dealing with people like this. She could get them both out of there right now.
Or, she would effectively give away her cover. Her shot would ring out, and while the male might fall, his subordinates would immediately turn on the two. The people on the inside of the trucks would burst out, and they would open fire on Malik and Dio. Their bodies would fall to the ground, limp, lifeless, and bloodied. She would bear witness to the murder of two young males because of her reckless actions.
That seemed like the more likely conclusion. It was a dilemma she faced every time she went on a mission like this.
So, instead of endangering them further, she opted to turn on one of her silent drones. The drone would take flight, clearing the neighborhood blocks easily to move into position behind the males. On it was a smoke screen deployer - something that would help the boys if... no, when things got hairy.
And, thus, Dusk went back to looking into her scope. Human Neutral Good | 27 | Female

Non Player Character Mr. Sirio Sirio took Dio's hand despite the directness of the male. It was obvious that the dealer was a man who enjoyed the latter's brazen attitude. "Very good," he said in response to Dio. However, Malik's presence did not go unnoticed by the man. "A quiet one, aren't you?" He asked the male. But, making friends weren't why they were there. Grant and Kyla both made their ways to the crates, and the males made to haul the boxes out to the trucks. Before either could make their way out, Sirio held up a hand, turning to the male. "Wait. Grant."
The male in question stopped, looking to Sirio. The latter continued. "We need to check our merchandise before we give them any money. It's Business 101 after all."He then turned back to Malik and Dio. "That won't be a problem, will it?"

I'll have a character that's willing to do the maiming/killing. It's not mandatory, his section is mostly an optional escort quest thing for the people in town. Haha, no problem. I just want to see some carnage, to be honest.

Non Player Character Smoke Demon In the wake of the attacks, the smoke whipped itself around the first of them - Amitiel's orb. While that attack missed, Hadraniel's flames made contact with the smoky mass causing it to screech in pain. The form the creature took was a frightening one. From the front of the smoke came a nightmarish face, filled to the brim with teeth and eyes as black as midnight. Its voice came out in a hiss. "Celestialsss..." For any other beings not acquainted with these kinds of beasts, both the harsh sound and its ghastly appearance would have been intimidating. For angels, however, it was simply a part of existence. Roaring, it made very fast beeline toward Hadraniel, attempting to chomp down on the angel with its maw. From the side of its mass, however, another head grew, it making to rush at Amitiel.

Fixed for inny! ✘ HOLD ME CLOSE INFORMATION The Mafia is like a rock: strong, stubborn, unshakeable. If one of their members is captured or tortured, they won’t hesitate to retaliate or capture someone in return. Torture is acceptable, even encouraged, but it isn’t a daily occurrence. There are weekly parties held on the beach, and a bonfire is set up a little ways back from the waves. Blood sacrifices are made to the leader each week, and the members usually use the blood as warpaint.
However, don’t be scared off by their seemingly malicious ways. They’re actually very friendly to those who don’t oppose them, and once you’ve joined, you’re family. And family is the one thing that the Mafia cherishes above all, because without family, where would you be? The members, the sense of being together, the tight-knit relationships, that’s what it’s all about for them. It brings them joy to be able to be a part of something where they don’t have to hide who they really are. ✘ TILL I GET UP TERRITORY You had set out on the sea intending to go somewhere. Maybe you were on a journey, or just exploring, but now you think that you’ve become lost. You can hardly see through the fog and the method of travel you’ve insisted upon isn’t holding up very well because it’s been quite a long time now that you’ve been at it. You drift for a little while longer, and then you squint, hardly daring to believe your eyes. Were those trees up ahead? As if in answer, you come to a halt upon a sandy shore and stare up at the trees lining the back part of the beach, where the forest begins. You can see a set of tidepools off to the side, varying in depth, and smooth flat rocks that would be good for sunning during the warm months. You can see some individuals swimming, splashing, and having a good time even now. They give you curious glances but don’t approach you, as if someone appearing out of the gloom is an everyday thing for them. How interesting. You feel curiosity tugging at you, pulling you deeper into the woods ahead.
You aren’t that far in when you hear someone speak up, emerging from a hole in the ground you hadn’t even noticed. “Hey, how can I help you?” they ask you. You mumble out a response and they laugh. “You’re new here, you say? Well, I guess that’s one way of putting it. Would you like to stay with us for a while until you get back on your feet?” they respond, pausing a moment to listen to your answer. “Alright then, we can go ahead and go if you want. Ah, where, you ask? From where I just came from: underground. C’mon, let’s go!” they laughed, twirling around and going back the way they came. You smiled and dashed after them, their energy rubbing off on you. You took in all the sights of the bunker, your mind becoming awestruck as the things went on and on. There were rooms and rooms, not all of them full but all of them beautiful in their own way. It made you wonder how all of this was possible, how they could actually keep this up.
Their voice interrupted your thought once more, melodious and kind. “So how about it? Will you stay with us?” ✘ TIME ISN'T ON OUR SIDE HISTORY ✘ I DIDN'T EXPECT THIS HIGH POSITIONS AND RANKS ✘ FOR US TO FALL FAQS (c) HOWLER

Kenessa "Ah, quite the gentlemen," Kenessa said with a strained smile. She hissed a bit as the wound was dressed. "Aye, that fucken hurts, yea."
When she was brought to a chair, she simply nodded until Jin finally introduced himself. "Jin. Simple name," she remarked. "Kenessa," she answered, holding out her hand to the male.

Archangel Amitiel The stirring from beneath the pile of demonic beings would stop. It seemed as if Amitiel's struggling ended.
Except, it didn't. No, the angel simply understood how dire of a situation this was. When the angel opened their eyes, the demons would find an extreme light bearing down upon their faces. The power made them twist and scream, and their bodies simply exploded.
A pillar of light rocketed into the sky, and expanded to reveal a being from within.
Amitiel was massive, towering over the battlefield - its form was vaguely humanoid, sans possessing six arms. Unfurling its energies, six mighty wings appeared from its back, and its aura became powerful and scorching.
Without another word, the wings immediately emitted a blinding light that caused a great number of the demons pouring in toward the angel to back down.
Unfortunately, the celestial wasn't looking for surrender - they were looking for total defeat. As such, the light intensified into a blinding flash, which unleashed itself upon a number of them. When it cleared, they were naught but ash.
And, still, many of the demons stopped to gape at the being instead of run. To smite them now would mean victory. Yet, too many innocents lie in the way. Amitiel was angry, yes, but they would not be like the Lord they so brazenly rebelled against.
